Prevent allergies and asthma by cleaning your sheets

One of the best ways to prevent allergy and asthma triggers in the home is to wash your sheets and dry them in a very hot dryer. Try to do this at least once per week. Also encase your mattresses and pillows in zippered covers to protect against dust mites, bed bugs and pet dander. http://finance.yahoo.com/news/quick-cures-quack-cures--when-to-clean-the-sheets.html
